A fantastic event was held for parents and children at the Tao Centre on Nursery Road, which was sponsored by the Lozells Neighborhood Forum. The event took place on Friday the 18th February 2012. A taster session was arranged with parents and children and supported by Paul and his team at the Tao Centre.

Parents and children took part in activities that included kick boxing, martial arts, kung fu and zumba fitness.
