Wednesday 8th July at The Drum, Aston. Public meeting on Surveillance Cameras
You may have noticed the new CCTV camera on Lozells Rd and in other parts of the city. There is real concern about privacy and public information issues around these cameras. Come to a meeting this evening at 7pm at The Drum opposite the newtown Shopping Centre to hear what you local councillors, MPs, the police and the Safer Birminghasm Partnership have to say. An opportunity foryou to give your views.
If you cannot get there tonight listen to a recorded version on UnityFm, 5-6pm Thursday 8th July
Saturday June 5th Georges Park 12-4pm
….was a fantastic day for the community. Over 1,000 people including 40 community and mainstream partners came together in Georges Park to enjoy the sunshine, the bouncy castles, football, ice cream, mountain bikes, and talk to stall holders about services residents can access for free.
