Ready for Change

Author: The Ready for Change project is helping people who live in Lozells to find a job, work experience of volunteering, or to help people to access further training for skills. The project is working with local employers, as well as a number of City-centre employers, to provide support with a practical approach. It’s not just for people who are on benefits or signing on at the Jobcentre, but for anyone who lives in Lozells and think that the time has come to broaden their horizons and enter the world of work or volunteering.
