Great seeing pogus caesar – oom gallery contribution on this site, I remember him working at cultural centre , handsworth then running wemas at holyhead school in 1980s. Fantastic set of photos which document not only the 1985 riots but much more covering an outstanding career in the arts.

  • Claudie:

Yes Pogus the dot painting man, Lady Diana came to Cultural Centre in 80’s and was presented with one of his artworks!

  • Ridgeway:

A good interview about his past.

Birmingham photographer Pogus Caesar talking to Richard Lutz about his latest exhibition, his days filming the Bullring under construction and how his snapper-career all started.
