About Us
The Life in Lozells website was set up by Lozells Neighbourhood Management in 2008 but with the ending of the Neighbourhood Management programme in March 2011 the site has been passed to the Lozells Neighbourhood Forum as a community asset. The forum will continue to publish news, views and events for residents of Lozells. It will also be developing the site and attracting local traders to use it.
The Lozells Neighbourhood Forum exists to represent the residents of Lozells and to make sure that they are able to hold partners who work in the area accountable whether they are main stream or third sector. The forum would like to continue the work of coordination and empowerment established and developed by Neighbourhood Management. The website is a good tool for this and will continue to carry information about events and reports of local interest. Please get involved by writing a comment and continuing a dialogue. We want residents voices to be heard.
